Do you offer special promotions and discounts to your customers/clients?
Currently we our offering a residential and commercial COVID- 19 disinfection . This promotion offers a new touchless, fast and effective way to protect your home and family. This special is offered for a limited time and is excellent for seniors, infants, individuals with per-existing health conditions, pregnant women, food prep areas and pet areas. The disinfection process takes about 30 minutes to complete your entire home, and is painless. No harmful chemicals, no dwell time delays, no overwhelming smells.
What education and/or training do you require your cleaners technicians to have?
- Our company requires all contractors to complete a mandatory annual training seminar.
- Our instructors attend regular training tutorials with the National Cleaning Management Institute (NCMI) on the quarterly basis's.
- Our floor technicians must complete a (5) five week training course with a 87% or higher exam pass rate before they are allowed to work as a trainee in the field. After 200 hours of service time they will be awarded the position of floor technician.
- Our disinfection technicians must complete a (7) seven day disinfection course with a 93% of higher exam pass rate before they are allowed to work in the field, After completing this disinfection course they must pass a current background review, driving recorded review & drug screening ( Background Reviews are conducted quarterly for our residential disinfection team)

We have accomplished several achievements over the years, were currently a PRO Top Rated PRO with Elite & Screen Approved with HomeAdvisor & Angie's List, (Visit Our Page on HomeAdvisor), we also have certified porters and technician that have blood borne and air born pathogen training, CPR, First Aid, AED, and general OSHA awareness mandates.
Do you offer both residential & commercial disinfecting?
Yes, we offer both residential and commercial disinfection, our disinfection equipment is touchless, covers 3X more surface area, Kills the COVID-19 virus and many other harmful bacteria and viruses.
What advice would we give a non-customer looking to hire a commercial cleaner?
We advise our potential clients to receive (3) three estimates for service; review those estimates & choose the company that meets all your cleansing requirements, choice the company that is transparent, honest, trustworthy, and communicates well with you and your building staff, choice the company that falls within your budget, and ask if its possible to have a trail period before you lock yourself into a long term contract.

What should customer consider before requesting a quote form you?
1) Find a budget range and stick to it.
2) Conduct a reference check for the cleaners that best fits you and your needs; just as you would with a employee.
3) Understand non-contracted areas are not the responsibility of the cleaner, all required areas of service should be detailed in a contact or service agreement and should be underlined in a scope of work. .
